Hotels: Places to stay in Ibiza in winter
Atzaró Agroturismo
The Atzaró family allows us to enjoy a dream environment where the potential of agrotourism on the island is exploited in all its aspects. The hotel is built with a typically Ibicencan architecture of whitewashed walls where white and reddish tones stand out, fitting perfectly with the natural environment in which it is framed; an orchard of orange trees with huge gardens and relaxation areas arranged with the most exquisite and careful taste.
In its privileged setting in the heart of Ibiza, Atzaró has an impressive Spa where you can pamper yourself inside and out with personalized treatments by qualified professionals who will be at your disposal during your stay at the resort.

Intimate relaxation in the hotel is found behind the walls of its rooms. Each room has a unique and exclusive personality, so guests can find the one that best suits their needs and feel at home. All rooms share an Ibizan spirit with Asian touches that can be appreciated in the furniture, decoration, and open garden-like spaces with fountains and flower arrangements, which allow guests to feel the spell of the Mediterranean. Some rooms have terraces, private areas, and fireplaces.

Although the natural environment of Atzaró allows it to have several bars and terraces that are only open in summer, the hotel is home to the Restaurant, perhaps its most recognized signature in the gastronomic field, La Veranda, available all year round.

The menu offers a fresh and natural selection of local and seasonal products articulated in a line of vegetarian dishes focused on health and wellness, according to the hotel’s spirit. The Tuna Tataki, the Ibiza Squid, the Atzaró Steak Tartar, or the Macrobiotic Salad are just some of the star dishes you can taste if you visit La Veranda.
Hotel Pachá Ibiza
The doors of Hotel Pacha in Ibiza are open 365 days a year so that guests can enjoy the quality of their accommodation in that code of fun and modernity that characterizes the brand. Located in the heart of the island, less than ten minutes from the center and the beach, Pacha offers a luxurious stay in one of its 54 Junior Suites design, decorated in neutral tones that are brightened with touches of color so saturated that they give off the photographic works of Toni Riera. The contemporary cut of the rooms invades all their private spaces and extends to the bathroom, usually framed by glass walls.

If you want to add 90m2 of luxury to your stay, book one of its Superior Suites, exclusively decorated and equipped with a jacuzzi, terrace, and private chillout spaces. Both types of accommodation include a buffet breakfast and entrance to the Pacha nightclub.
Fun is guaranteed at the Pacha Hotel. On the first floor, next to the lobby, you will find El Bar, where you can have a drink or celebrate all kinds of events, exhibitions, private parties, presentations, and conferences. Restaurants: where to eat in Ibiza in Winter
La Escollera
In the middle of the Ses Salines nature reserve is La Escollera, a restaurant overlooking the sea that defines itself as the perfect place to discover the charms of Ibiza all year round, including the autumn-winter season.

La Escollera brings the most familiar and intimate concept to the hospitality industry on the white island, having managed to become a reference restaurant without losing the original essence of its beginnings when the Yaya, as they call the grandmother, began to cook their paellas in this privileged location. Perhaps this close character favors that most of the clientele are local visitors, which is added, especially in high season, international public.
The food
Paella and the Gallo San Pedro served with patatas a lo Pobre, and the Boquerones Mami are their specialties. The product used in the kitchen is always fresh, of high quality, and, when possible, of local origin. Although their menu is characterized by traditional Spanish and Mediterranean recipes based on seafood, meat, and a considerable vegetarian selection, they also cater to more modern palates with dishes such as Thai Chicken or Californian Sushi.

The authenticity of its flavors is complemented by excellent service that will not only serve you with pleasure during your lunch or dinner but will also perform impeccably if you decide to celebrate a private event at the Restaurant.
Due to its location and the bohemian chic decoration of the establishment, La Escollera is the ideal place to celebrate a beach wedding during the summer or even during those autumn months that give us mild temperatures and magical landscapes. If the day allows, it is possible to eat outdoors at its Balinese teak tables, dressed in white tones and surrounded by floral decorations and an extraordinary maritime atmosphere, which can still be enjoyed in the indoor lounge thanks to the enormous windows it has.

Sir Rocco Beach Club by Ushuaïa
Located in one of the quietest areas of Playa dén Bossa, between the hotel complexes of Hard Rock Hotel Ibiza and Ushuaïa Ibiza Beach Hotel, this Restaurant brings the most authentic Italian cuisine to the island of Ibiza and Formentera.
With products imported directly from Italy, Sir Rocco Beach Club has a menu based on a wide variety of Italian recipes. They materialize in an exquisite selection of antipasti specialties, salads, pasta, fish, and high-quality meat dishes. They also offer a wide range of pizzas and pasta specially designed for younger diners.
Sir Rocco Beach Club has an extensive wine cellar that allows you to enjoy the most exquisite and sparkling wines. They also have a selection of cocktails that will make after-dinner drinks a delightful experience.
If Italian food is your weakness and you want to enjoy it in a modern and elegant environment with beach club essence, this is your place.
La Imprenta
The beach club concept is excellent for enjoying the gastronomy and charm of Ibiza, whether in the summer season or during the winter. However, Ibiza also has haute cuisine restaurants open all year round. Or also explicitly designed to be enjoyed during the months when the cold weather invites you to eat in a cozy lounge.

This is the case with La Imprenta. An innovative proposal that recreates the Parisian atmosphere within the walls of the original printing press of the Diario de Ibiza. Since June 9, diners can enjoy the menu designed by Pablo Montoro, who brought a conceptual and transgressive cuisine with a base of traditional Spanish flavors to Ibiza.
The chef’s fusion cuisine can be appreciated in recipes such as black rice with crispy squid. Also, grilled Iberian prey bathed in four-cheese sauce or Wagyu jerky matured with tunica bread. Dishes with marked French reminiscences, such as duck foie gras in grilled grill with tomato and basil marmalade, also abound.

La Imprenta is currently only open at night, making it the perfect place to enjoy a good dinner in an atmosphere decorated in the purest neoclassical Parisian style or to have one of its cocktails on the top floor with music playing in the background.
In addition, from November 11 to December 23, La Imprenta will recreate the atmosphere of the happy 20s in its lounges, taking diners to Chicago through an intense and vibrant cabaret show.
Fall-Winter nights: the best parties and VIP table bookings in Ibiza in Winter
Pacha
Pacha is one of the most emblematic nightclubs in Ibiza. Stairs connect five different music zones and doors, making them part of a shared space. Although the club is known for House music, the reality is that various musical styles integrate into its musical offer.
The Main Room has the dance floor in the center, surrounded by bars and VIP areas. The best guest DJs perform in this main room, and the most famous international parties are held. Among the rest of the rooms, perhaps the most outstanding is the Global Room, since it was the main room when Pacha first opened in 1973. It still maintains its experimental spirit with a fusion of styles ranging from Hip-Hop and R&B to electronic varieties.
The club has its Restaurant, fusion dinners, and a Sushi Bar on the terrace, although it is only open in summer.
Keeper
Next to Pachá is the Disco Keeper since the summer of 1987. Its ample interior space and magnificent terrace help this classic of the Ibizan night to continue being a reference after so many years. Its support for local music has positioned it as an exception in the range of clubs on the islands, where DJs and international parties are the norms.

In Keeper, the atmosphere is more intimate. It is usually frequented by residents of the island and for those who have Ibiza as a regular point of their vacations and getaways. The club has two musical ambiances and several bars inside, which are available to celebrate private events any day of the week. It is usually open from Thursday to Sunday.
Teatro Pereyra
The famous Pereyra Theater has been open every night of the year for thirty years, offering a unique atmosphere of café concerts with live music. The Pereyra is a classic of the nights of Ibiza due to its particular atmosphere, where famous and unknown faces mix in a space with no private areas or VIP tables.
In the Pereyra Theater, there are usually sessions of jazz, funk, soul, rock, and Latin rhythms. And artists can be considered legends, such as Tete Montoliu, Kym Mazzella, or Dave Jeffs.

If you like music and want to enjoy the island’s alternative nightlife, this could be your best option.

Sauvage Ibiza: what to do in Ibiza in winter
The Fall-Winter season is perfect for getting to know the wildest part of the island. Also, discover its mountainous relief until we come across secret places or sail in the Mediterranean while enjoying the scenery.
Horseback riding with Ibiza Horse Valley
Horse Valley is located in the north of Ibiza. Offers routes through the natural park of Es Murta, where you can enjoy the island in the middle of nature. The adventure lasts about 4 hours, and you can meet the horses before choosing which one to ride. In addition, the monitors will help you to learn some basic lessons.

The winter schedule is remarkably flexible, but reservations must be made at least one or two weeks in advance.
Boat excursion
Formentera Yacht is the leading boat rental company in Formentera and Ibiza, and they are dedicated to planning getaways and excursions on the high seas. In winter, they organize a weekend excursion on the Flamenco Sailboat, which sails to Formentera with a stop in Espalmor for an aperitif.
Arriving at the port of La Savina, the excursion continues by van, enjoying the island’s beauty in winter. Once we have toured the area, we spend the night on the sailboat.
Full Moon Walk
A particularly magical route is the Full Moon Walk of Santa Inés. This famous Ibizan village is known for its almond tree fields. They acquire their maximum splendor between January and March due to the pink and whitish mantle that covers them at the flowering time. Although the almond blossom route can be done at any time of the day, in February, Walking Ibiza organizes a night walk under the full moon. The bright light of the moon and the stars illuminating the field gives the trees an almost magical appearance due to the silvery sparkles that reflect their flowers.

The hike begins when the sun has already set and involves about two hours of easy walking that ends back in the village. You only need to bring something to drink and eat and a flashlight to light your way while enjoying the show.
